SIX MONTH REVIEW

After a Systems and Controls review which looks at the responsibilities of directors and senior management in the running of a regulated business it is usual for an action plan to be identified.

It is important that this action plan is followed up to ensure that all the remedial elements have been executed appropriately. Six months is the perfect period to allow firms to implement any measures quickly and decisively and then have the time to measure the outcome.
