BRIAN WOOD

Brian Wood is chief executive of Telos Solutions. Telos was founded to provide practical support for delivering results in financial services businesses, and much of its work has related to achieving successful outcomes in the regulatory arena.

Brian is a qualified actuary, and has served as chief executive of two life assurance companies and another management consultancy during his career in financial services. He combines a solid knowledge and understanding of the technical side of the business with a passion for integrating this into how people work together. He is qualified in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and delivers coaching and team facilitation as well as business and strategic consultancy.

Brian developed the Telos "Results Orbit" model, which explains why companies experience problems in getting their strategies implemented - and what they can do about it. He has been commissioned to co-author a book called "The Pensions Crisis", due to be published in 2009.
